# 05: Open Questions

**Do not decide these alone.** Each is either the project lead's, or needs a party outside this site.

## Two Notes For Whoever Answers Them

**Question 5 is the one that will be answered by drifting if nobody answers it deliberately.** The April brief chose a local stack explicitly for zero marginal cost per video; a hosted voice brings quality, languages and alignment and brings a key, a per-character cost and a demonstration that stops working when downloaded. **Write the decision down whichever way it goes.**

**Question 1 has a deadline that is not obvious.** The disclosures page currently reads that there are no relationships, checked on a date. **That sentence becomes false the moment an application is approved**, and the page's own commitment is to have recorded it before then, not after.
